The Uganda NDF has elected a new board following their annual general assembly held on November 26th 2010.
Former board Chairman Prof. Oweyegha-Afunaduula, who did not contest for re-election, handed over to the new board Chairman, Mr. Achilles Byraruhanga (the Executive Director of Nature Uganda).

The other board members elected are:
- Mr. Steven Bagambe (Livelihood Improvement Program of Uganda) as Vice Chairman,
- Ms. Annet Nakyeyune (Uganda Wildlife Society) as Treasurer, and
- Mr. Joseph Mulindwa (Uganda Environmental Education Foundation) was retained as the Secretary General.

The Committee members elected are:
- Ms. Barbara Kamugisha,
- Ms. Sarah Kisolo (formerly Treasurer),
- Mr. Willy Ogwal (retuning to the Board),
- Mr. Mathias Mulumba, and
- Mr. Vincent Okonera.
