With the coming on board of new staff at the Tanzania NDF, plans are now underway to conduct a baseline survey on the benefits and costs of Nile cooperation in order to establish the level of awareness and understanding of people in Tanzania living within Nile basin areas.

Ulrich Msami the Tanzania National Programme Coordinator writes that they will soon be conducting their National Forum on Nile cooperation during which forum to TNDF stakeholders will dialogue about the issues facing the basin.
